Concept

The housing estate is designed at four levels: a basement parking level, a first floor with the main entrance and three houses which are accessed from the street, as well as eight duplex homes in the remaining floors, which are accessed by way of a covered road. The inclined roof is visible from the inside, which creates duplex homes with high ceilings.
