Concept
The building, situated in Las Tablas, has over 400,000 m2 and includes an extensive design of offices, parking spaces and services. It is designed as a lineal directrix curve and variable height block which includes the common elements on the ground floors thereof and the offices on the higher floors, with a technical floor and a raised pedestrian street which separates both areas. The building has a depth of 18 m, is open-plan, with vertical communication nodes every 50 m.
