Making use of the existing uneven ground, namely the gentle slope which descends from the Auditorium, we designed the new complex to be constructed in the middle of the slope, thereby forming a terraced complex which also acts as a lookout toward the south-west of the city. The area is covered with a barrel vault roof, and the natural light penetrates through the tympanums.
The most notable characteristic of the complex is the green roof which surrounds the main plane, and both the lobby and the courts.
