The building is a simple metallic structure with light walls and metal sheet roofing.
The classrooms shall have glass walls and the cantilevered gallery protects the inside. The glass structures are situated in the axis of the frames, such that the structure is visible from the galleries.
All of the installations run through a longitudinal conduit which is accessible for maintenance activities, which forms a gridded chamber so as to provide for the natural ventilation of the classrooms. The glass and the substantial eaves are designed so that heating is hardly necessary in winter.
