Concept
Our proposal is intended to consolidate a complex and coherent urban scenery, providing the city with new main attractions, increasing the expressive complexity of the waterfront, resolving the conflicts created by vehicular traffic, integrating the needs of the commercial port with those of an accessible urban area of great historical value.
