Concept

In the buildings we built in the Sierra of Madrid we tried an architecture based in its construction systems, composed with structural steel and granite for cladding.

For the buildings in the Madrid mountain range we have architecturally designed them so that the visual images thereof express their construction techniques, based upon structural steel and granite walls.

The structure is made from rigid steel frames, and is made visible wherever possible, above all the façade beams, which support the walls. The foregoing are made from granite, which form vertical openings from floor to floor. The construction with steel sheet floors and plasterboard facilitates the organisation of the installations.
