Concept

The building is a large glass staircase next to the sea, the structural volume of which is in harmony with the Local Council, the Nobel building and the port facade of the Aker Bygge. The three galleries form a glass waterfall which is harmonised with the landscape, and which forms a single space with natural light from the sky light.
