Infanta Leonor Hospital Madrid, 2007
First Prize in Projects Contest

Concept

The hospital was designed as a “hospital formed by pavilions”, in which the different services form independent buildings.

The hospital has been designed as a highly flexible complex, for the growth and modularity thereof. The complex, which is significantly horizontal, has been designed as a "hospital-garden".

The parking services have been separated from the building. The main entrance is situated in the centre of the building. Emergencies, Outpatient Care and other pavilions have their own separate entrances.
