The energy supply is provided from a separate building which connects with the central backbone of the building, where the vertical ducts are situated. From there, the networks and supplies are distributed through the false ceiling. These exterior ducts continue up to the roof, where the air-handling units are situated.
The energy control and environmental strategies are based upon a series of decisions: garden environment, green roofs, solar control, natural ventilation and, to the extent possible, precast construction materials.
